This about race. about ( those who have and have not), it matter what nationality you are, those with the position of power, will try to force their will onto the less keeping others on the bottom end of success, so there wont be so much competition to deal with.

In the rundown city, I seen people of many nationalities, it was the gloomy mood of despair, this is why they all seemed to have dark skin.

They all black people trying to be white people: like someone assumed.
